Lending

The collateral may include:

Pledge of real estate, fixed assets, inventories, property rights.
Pledge of liquid securities of Russian and foreign issuers.
Guarantees (sureties) of reliable banks or solvent enterprises.
Debt obligations of the Borrower's counterparties and other assets.

In case of overdraft lending the client gets an opportunity to make timely settlements in case of insufficient or unavailable funds in the current account.
In case of insufficiency or absence of funds on the settlement account.

Legal entities that are not SMEs, credit and non-credit financial institutions, which have entered into ruble loan agreements with a floating rate before February 27, 2022, have the right to apply to the Bank for a transitional interest accrual procedure (in accordance with Article 7.1 of Federal Law No. 106-FZ dated 03.04.2020) until June 1, 2022.
The transitional period lasts 3 months and the borrower can choose the date of its beginning (not earlier than the date of application submission, but not later than July 1, 2022).
Marginal rates during the transition period:
1st month - 12.5% per annum
2nd month - 13.5% per annum
3rd month - 16.5% per annum
Important:
Upon completion of the transition period, the usual contractual terms and conditions apply. In addition, interest may be charged in accordance with paragraphs 13 and 15 of Article 7.1 of the Law.
If you do not meet the conditions of Article 7.1, alternative restructuring may be considered.
