• The borrower (legal entity) may choose any insurance company that meets the Bank's requirements
• Change of insurance company during the loan term is allowed

In case of breach of insurance terms (including selection of an unsuitable company), the Bank is entitled to demand full early fulfillment of obligations under the loan agreement and/or termination of the loan agreement
